What Vytos is

An app, on your phone and on the web, that helps you keep track of your weight and build habits, with a mascot that does the boring part. Vytos is a product of Atto, run by Ranielli Montagna Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda. (RM Software), in Brazil.

By using Vytos, you agree to these terms.

Personal use

Vytos is for personal use: each account belongs to one person, who keeps their own logs in it. You must be 18 or older to use it. Your data is yours; the Privacy policy explains how it's handled.

It doesn't replace your doctor

Vytos helps you log and keep track. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe medication or put together diets: that's for a doctor or a dietitian.

Subscription

• Every account starts with a 7-day trial, with everything unlocked and no card needed. You won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
• After the trial, a subscription costs $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, in US dollars.
• When the trial ends, you'll see a last-chance offer once, for 48 hours: the yearly plan at $21.99 for the first year, then $29.99 a year. It's for people who have never subscribed.
• Without a subscription, the app becomes read-only: you can still see everything you've logged, but you can't log new things or chat with the mascot.
• Exporting and deleting your data are always free, with or without a subscription.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can subscribe in the phone app, through the App Store or Google Play, or here on the web with a card. To change or cancel, use the same place where you subscribed: the App Store or Google Play settings, or You > Plan on the web. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Your account

You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Apple or Google when the app offers it.

Closing your account

You can delete your account anytime, in You > My data. Your account and everything that's yours are deleted, on the device and on the server, and this can't be undone.

Whatever you delete is also gone from the daily backup within 30 days.
